Volunteer Sign Ups are now closed as the slots have filled up quickly this year. Please email our registration office at symposium@promesaweb.com if you would like to be added to a waiting list in case of cancellations.
Our volunteers are integral to making the Symposium a wonderful experience for every participant. They help to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, while enjoying all of the opportunities for learning, enrichment, networking, and fun that the Symposium offers.
Symposium volunteers are required to:
1. Attend a 2-hour orientation before the symposium.
The choices for the 2017 Symposium include:
Friday, March 17 at 7 pm (until 9 pm)
Wednesday, March 22 at 6 pm
Or if you’ve volunteered for 3 years previously, you may attend an abbreviated online veteran-volunteer orientation. Instructions will be emailed prior to the conference.
2. Pay a $75 registration processing fee.
3. Volunteer at the Symposium on both Friday, March 24, and Saturday, March 25, and be available to work from 7 am to 7 pm each day, as well as any other days you’ve requested during your registration process (Thursday and/or Sunday).
4. Attend early morning check in every day (7:30 am in the Palladian Ballroom). Each day you’re registered to volunteer, you’ll pick up your daily symposium badge and daily volunteer work assignments during this time.

We’ll process your application by mid-February. Applicants who are accepted will receive a confirmation letter. You’ll have access to the online Volunteer Training Guide before your orientation meeting and receive your “DRAFT” job assignments at the volunteer orientation meeting you attend.This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
