What to Wear For the Symposium
We can guarantee that the temperature in the hotel conference rooms will fluctuate dramatically from hot to cold. We strongly suggest that you dress in layers, so that you can adjust your apparel to the temperature of the particular conference room you’re in.
Lunches at the Omni
It’s expected that the volume of Symposium attendees will put a strain on nearby eating facilities and make it difficult to have a quick meal. There will be seated luncheons with speakers on Friday and Saturday. Speaker luncheon reservations must be made in advance when you register online. You may not order these lunches onsite during the Symposium. Box lunches on Thursday and Sunday can be purchased in the hotel’s lobby or snack shop.

Changing Workshops
For attendees who want to change workshops during the Symposium, there’ll be four to six Open Workshops held in large ballrooms during each time block. To avoid disruptions and overcrowded rooms, all other workshops will be closed to anyone who hasn’t been assigned to them in advance. The list of Open Workshops will be posted online and printed in the Onsite Guide, which you’ll receive at the hotel.
Workshop Handouts
Handouts will not be provided at the Symposium.
No copying of handouts can be done onsite.
Workshop handouts will no longer be distributed at the Symposium. Instead, all handouts provided by presenters will be available online in early March for access before, during, and after the conference.
Continuing Education Credits
CE certificates will be available online after the Symposium after completing an evaluation form. Use the password provided in your Onsite Guide. You will then be able to immediately print your CE certificate. For more information regarding continuing education, click here.
