Next Steps & Important Details for our Volunteer Program
1. Complete the online registration. – REGISTRATION FULL
There is a $75 Volunteer Registration fee.
2. Attend a Volunteer Orientation Meeting.
We will have an in-person Volunteer Orientation at 6pm on March 18th at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. This is required for any volunteer who has volunteered for less than 3 years.
If you have volunteered for 3 or more years, you may attend an abbreviated online veteran volunteer orientation with instructions to be send via email prior to the conference.
3. Mark out Friday, March 20th and Saturday, March 21st on your calendar. Hours will be 7am to 7pm each day.
We also need volunteers on Thursday and Sunday during the conference. If you are able to register for these days, we will have a job for you.
4. Make arrangements to arrive early each morning for our Volunteer Check-In Meeting.
Volunteer meetings will be at 7:30am on Thursday and Friday and at 7:45am on Saturday and Sunday. You will pick up your daily symposium badge and your daily volunteer work assignments during this check-in.

Volunteers who are not able to attend must submit their cancellation to symposium@psychnetworker.org by February 1, 2020 for a refund, less a $25 administrative charge.
