Our volunteer program will officially open in December; however, we are accepting names to our waitlist. You’ll be notified when the volunteer registration is open. In the meantime, we encourage you to reserve your hotel room prior to the block being full.

Our volunteers are integral to ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible, while still enjoying all the opportunities for learning, enrichment, networking, and fun that Symposium has to offer.

Being a part of the "inside" team is a time-honored Networker tradition. Please see the list of volunteer commitments before you consider joining the waitlist.

Next Steps & Important Details for our Volunteer Program Once Registration is Open

Complete the online registration in December
- There is a $100 Volunteer Registration fee
Attend a Volunteer Orientation Meeting
- We will have an in-person Volunteer Orientation at 6pm on March 18th at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. This is required for any onsite volunteer who has volunteered for less than 3 years.
- If you have volunteered for 3 or more years, you may attend an abbreviated online veteran volunteer orientation with instructions to be sent via email prior to the conference.
- Because we use a badge scanning system that consists of a separate app and some training on how to use it, we strongly encourage all volunteers to plan to attend the March 19th in-person Volunteer Orientation in order to feel confident with the technical requirements.

- Please plan accordingly for each day's schedule:
  - Wednesday, March 18th - 6pm - Volunteer Orientation
  - Thursday, March 19th - 7:30am - 5:00pm
  - Friday, March 20th - 7:30am - 5:00pm
  - Saturday, March 21st - 7:45am - 5:00pm
  - Sunday, March 22nd - 7:45am - 1:00pm
Plan to arrive each morning for our Volunteer Check-In Meeting.

- Onsite Volunteer meetings will be at 7:30am on Thursday and Friday and 7:45am on Saturday and Sunday.
