In Person Attendees: Your workshop selection confirms a seat in that room; however, if you decide to change your workshop selection to attend another workshop, take note whether that workshop is already at capacity or still open.
If you change your seat to another in person session, please reprint your badge to reflect your current workshop selections.
If you are changing your selection to attend a session virtually, you can attend any presentation offered virtually during that time. When there are less than 5 minutes before the presentation starts, there will be a ‘Join Session’ button below the session title and date that will begin the video. You can access your schedule by clicking on the calendar icon in the upper-right corner of the Symposium Attendee Hub and select ‘View your full schedule’ from the drop-down menu. The Symposium Attendee Hub will open about a week ahead of the conference, at which time you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to login.
Virtual Attendees: Feel free to change workshops as you like. For virtual attendees there are no capacities in the workshops or keynotes.
We will email each attendee a link to the evaluation for the live sessions after the event has ended. You will identify any of the sessions that you watched as they were occurring live, then evaluate the presentations to receive your CE certificate for those sessions. Click here for more CE details. If you attended sessions in person, you’ll need the workshop code you gathered to verify attendance. Virtual attendance does not need workshop codes. If you attended some sessions in person and some sessions virtually, you will need to take two separate evaluations.
As you attend sessions, you will be scanned in to verify attendance. The workshop codes verify that you attended the entire session. You will need to note these codes or take a photo for reference. There is a spot in the onsite guide for you to keep track of these codes. The evaluation will include a line to enter the codes.
Yes! As an in-person attendee, you will have access to the virtual content for up to 14 days after Symposium. You will only get live credit for those that you viewed live.
Watching content on demand will not give you live credit. To access the content, you can view the “All Sessions” section in the mobile app or Symposium Attendee Hub. You will need to complete a separate evaluation at the end of the event reflecting any workshops you attend live virtually. Please note that not all in-person workshops are offered virtually.
If you missed getting scanned or were scanned late, please accurately reflect your attendance on the live event evaluation. If your evaluation doesn’t match your badge scans, you will receive an email from cereporting@pesi.com with a link to an Affidavit for Attendance. Complete the short form testifying to your attendance, and if you indicate that changes are needed, we will email you with an updated CE certificate. If you don’t indicate on the form that changes are needed, your CE certificate will be available in your online account. D
Volunteers will be outside each workshop room to scan your badge as you enter. This will track that you attended the workshop, and there will be a verification code presented at the end to verify that you stayed for the whole presentation.
Take your 6”x4” pre-printed badge in hand, grab a lanyard with a badge holder and an onsite guide from the tables near the information desk. You have been sent emails that included directions on printing the badge that’ll go inside the badge holder. That’s what you’ll use to check-in to sessions. There isn’t a need to check-in to the event itself.
We do not validate parking. There is only valet available with very limited spaces at the hotel. Due to that and often heavy traffic, we recommend utilizing public transit whenever possible.
Symposium begins each day with coffee and danishes provided in a few locations
throughout the hotel, including the Exhibit Hall. For lunch, the Omni will have several Grab and Go stations set up with sandwiches and salads available for purchase, including a café in the Exhibit Hall. There are also many area restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
The Omni has a bell desk that you can use to store your luggage.
Wireless internet is available for free throughout the hotel and the meeting space. The wi-fi name is Omni_Meetings and the password is PNSym26.
If you’ve left something behind, please check with the Information Desk. At the end of each day, these are turned into the hotel’s security, so you’ll need to check at the front desk.
There are no printers available to attendees. Printed handouts are not provided onsite.
If you wish to print out the materials, please do so prior to arriving. Session handouts are accessible by selecting ‘Session Handouts’ under the ‘More’ top menu dropdown. The password is PNSym26. You have been sent emails providing instructions on how to print your badge.
Upon downloading the PESI Events app, click ‘Allow’ when prompted to allow notifications. You can enable notifications by clicking the ‘Settings’ icon at the top right-hand corner of the app and toggle ‘Allow Notifications’ to ON.
There is no official dress code; however, we recommend layers, as the workshop rooms can get chilly.

If the speed test results are lower than 10 Mbps, you should contact your Internet Service Provider to troubleshoot.
A wired connection is more stable, if you have the ability to connect. If you are utilizing a wireless connection, be as close to the router as possible.

Your registration for Symposium will include access to the recordings for 14 days after the event has ended. You will need to watch the presentations that are being presented live to receive live credit. Archive recordings are usually available 1-2 hours after the live event ended.
You can also purchase the Symposium Complete Recording Package for an additional
$299.99 to receive unlimited access to the recordings. These recordings will be available about 4-6 weeks after the event. CE hours and approvals on products may differ from live CE approvals. Some credit approvals expire after a period of time and cannot be guaranteed for a lifetime. Since the self-study recordings include the same content as the live event, you cannot earn credit on both.
You can access every session under the ‘All Sessions’ tab.
